Rigid Production – Hard Plastics
We have extensive experience in rotational and injection molding for our hard-plastic spill containment products. The range of products include Spill Pallets for all size drums and IBC containment, decanting systems both portable and static, overpack drums for emergency response, storage huts and decanting funnels. Our raw materials are high quality plastic-based resulting in superior chemical compatibility and providing safe containment solutions for a wide range of applications.
Flexible Production – Fabric-Base
For portable bunding we use hot air and radio frequency welding machines to produce the highest performing fabric-based containment. The flexible range comprises quality fuel and chemical containment berms manufactured in almost any size required. If you require portability the Enpac Flexible range will have a product for any application.
Sorbent Production
AGNAR has a range of unique sorbent products designed with a state-of-the-art manufacturing process able to produce the most absorbent and consistent product in the world today. Our quality Polypropylene sorbents perform exceptionally well due to the increased exposed surface area that exists within the weave. The finer the melt-blown fibres, the greater the amount of exposed surface area for adsorption. The manufacturing process we use, produces the smallest fibres compared to those of other manufacturers. Even though this is a tougher process to maintain, it results in a smoother, tighter finish with typically greater tensile strength for increased toughness. The loft is adjusted to increase the air space within the woven fibres for more holding capacity, increased softness, and more cloth-like drape abilities.
